Those of you who have been with us since our very first season in 2021 may remember our much-loved Fizz & Flowers evenings - and we’re delighted to be bringing them back.

Once again, we’re partnering with our friends at Black Chalk, pairing their award-winning "Wild Rosé" sparkling rosé with the beauty of our summer flowers.

Set in the Test Valley countryside near Stockbridge, this is an opportunity to step into our three-acre flower field and spend an evening immersed in seasonal colour, movement and scent, surrounded by views across the Hampshire landscape whilst enjoying a glass of English sparkling wine.

The evening is designed to feel relaxed and unhurried. You don’t need to arrive exactly at 6pm, although we recommend allowing at least an hour and a half to enjoy the experience fully. The setting sun will be our cue to close the evening, but you’re very welcome to…
