We begin with a relaxed consultation by phone. In your initial call with Katie Stone (our Director and Head of Floristry & Design - pictured) you can share your story, your vision, your location, and the atmosphere you wish to create. There may be personal touches or meaningful flower choices you’d love to include.
OPENING CONVERSATION
Katie then creates a bespoke mood board for your wedding encapsulating our initial design ideas and revealing a first glimpse of the glorious flowers we expect to be in bloom in our fields in time for your wedding day. Our transparent pricing guide helps you see what we can achieve within your budget.
FIELD TO DESIGN
With your booking fee settled, your wedding date is secured in the Featherstone Flowers diary. We can then set two dates: the first to visit the venue - with you if possible - and the second to welcome you for a personal tour of our flower field and Tithe Barn to see the blooms and meet the team that will bring your vision to life. This is such a wonderful part of the wedding planning process and forms the core our our Field to Design philosophy.
ALL THE DETAIL
We work seamlessly with you, your venue, planners and suppliers to perfect every last detail. A full floral design document is created, including digital mock ups so you can envision how the designs will come to life. Your final consultation at the farm - about 6 weeks before your wedding date - allows us to create a table mock up so you can see the colours, linens, candles and vessels all together to ensure you are happy with every element.
ON THE DAY
We take care of all installation and logistics and ensure that everything is in place for your wedding celebration. And afterwards, we return to personally clear the venue, repurposing flowers into bouquets for your loved ones and composting remaining blooms to leave only happy memories.
