When you purchase this set of sessions you’ll automatically have a place reserved in our Tuesday morning group. Your sessions will run on the following dates starting at 09.30 am

We do have limited flexibility to move between groups if needed, although we can’t guarantee availability outside the Tuesday morning sessions.
Flower Club 2026 - Tuesday Morning
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis of your membership in Featherstone’s Flower Club 2026. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
1. Membership & Sessions
- Flower Club 2026 runs from March to December and has 10 scheduled sessions.
- Membership covers 9 sessions. The 10th session is built in as a “free allowance” in case you need to miss one.
- If you choose to attend all 10 sessions, there is an additional charge of £50 for the extra session.
- Sessions take place at Featherstone Flowers, Berry Court Farm, Stockbridge.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- If you drop out mid-year, your place may be offered to someone on our waiting list. If successfully transferred, we may refund the remaining balance (pro-rata), but this is not guaranteed and refunds cannot be backdated.
- Payment plans are available, allowing you to spread the cost over six months at no extra charge.
3. Missed Sessions & Flexibility
- Flower Club runs for 10 sessions. Membership covers 9 sessions, with the 10th included as a built-in allowance in case you need to miss one.
- If you attend all 10 sessions, there is an additional charge of £60 for the extra session.
- For your 9 paid sessions: if you cannot attend, you will still receive the session handouts and may collect a bucket of flowers by arrangement.
- Limited flexibility is available to swap between Monday and Tuesday groups if space allows, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Cancellations by Featherstone Flowers
- Sessions run in all weathers; if conditions are poor, we may move indoors.
- If weather is dangerous or in the event of staff illness/unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule or provide an online alternative. Refunds will not be offered.
5. Health & Safety
- Attendance at Flower Club is at your own risk. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor work.
- Participants must inform us of any relevant allergies or health concerns.
- Children and pets are not permitted unless agreed with us in advance.
6. Materials & Equipment
- New members will receive a welcome pack, including snips, a flower bucket, and a copy of A Guide to Sustainable Floristry Mechanics.
- All vessels required for sessions are provided by Featherstone Flowers. These are for use during the session only and remain the property of Featherstone Flowers, unless otherwise stated.
- In most cases, members take home the flowers they have cut or arranged. Occasionally, for special projects or events, arrangements may be retained by Featherstone Flowers.
7. Photography & Marketing
- We may take photographs during sessions for use in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in writing before attending.
8. Discounts
- Flower Club members receive 10% off Featherstone Flowers’ online shop items and workshops during the membership year.
- The discount does not apply to weddings, events, installations, or wholesale orders.
9. Communication & Data
- By joining Flower Club, you consent to us contacting you by email and WhatsApp with relevant information, resources, and updates.
- Your details will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and never shared with third parties.
10. Liability
- Featherstone Flowers is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for personal injury, except where caused by negligence.
