Every bouquet is different, shaped by what’s flourishing that week. We use sustainable, plastic-free packaging that’s either recyclable, reusable, or home compostable.

Please allow at least two business days between placing your order and the requested delivery date. If you require next-day delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. At checkout, please select the correct delivery option for your postcode.

If the recipient is not at home, flowers can be left in a suitable safe place with your permission. We will always position them out of direct sunlight and adverse weather where possible, and a card will be left confirming where they have been placed. We are also happy to leave flowers with a neighbour if appropriate.

If you would prefer that flowers are not left unattended, we will leave a calling card. Please note that a re-delivery charge will apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Ensure the vase you are using is thoroughly clean.

Fill with fresh water.

Remove the paper wrapping and recycle.

Re-cut 1–2cm from the base of each stem at an angle before placing them in the vase. Once trimmed, remove the string and arrange as you wish.

Change the water every two days, cleaning the vase each time. Re-cut the stems before returning them to fresh water.

Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, draughts and ripening fruit. A cooler room will help them last longer.

Remove any fading blooms as they go over. Some varieties naturally have a shorter vase life than others.
We hope you are delighted with your flowers. If you experience any issue, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

As flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a concern with quality, we may request photographs so that we can assess the matter and respond appropriately. Where a genuine quality issue is identified, we will offer a suitable resolution.

Please note that seasonal flowers naturally vary in appearance and vase life. Individual stems may open at different rates, and some varieties are shorter-lived than others.

Before getting in touch, please ensure that the care guidance has been followed, as correct conditioning and vase care significantly affect longevity.
Our bouquets are made using 100% British-grown flowers, harvested from our field in Hampshire and sourced from trusted growers around the country. By working seasonally and avoiding imported stems, the carbon footprint of our flowers is up to 95% lower than bouquets containing imported flowers.

We do not use floral foam in our work. It is a single-use, synthetic material, and we choose instead to work with reusable or compostable methods that sit more naturally within our approach.

Stems are wrapped in discreet, compostable water-retaining materials rather than layers of cellophane, and all packaging is recyclable or compostable wherever possible. Green waste is returned to the soil on the farm.
