Service Description

Welcome to Featherstone's, where you can join us for a delightful day in the spring! We have an exciting range of activities planned, starting with our pop-up café where you can relax and indulge in some locally baked treats. Our gardening and floristry shop will be open for you to explore a variety of new plants and products, and our plant sales will offer garden-ready plants for you to grow your own cut flowers. We are also providing field tours where you can witness the flower field bursting into life, and our floristry talks and demonstrations will allow our experts to share their tips and tricks with you. If you're planning a wedding for 2023 or 2024, we'll have different inspirational spring arrangements from our à la carte wedding selection for you to view, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. You can select your own flowers from our cut flower stand to take home and arrange, or have one of our florists create a beautiful hand-tied bouquet for you. The event is free to attend, but we kindly ask that you register so we can keep an eye on the number of attendees. We also have toilets available on site, and parking for your convenience. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads. Come and join us for a wonderful day at Featherstone's!

Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Courses and Workshops Cancellations by you • Cancellations made at least one month before the workshop will be refunded in full, less the deposit paid if applicable. • If you wish to cancel within one month of the course start date on any course, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you have booked a course within one month of the start date, you will not be entitled to a refund. • We can not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs that you may have incurred as a result of booking a course. • If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable. If alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge. Cancellations by us • Courses and workshops have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses. • If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice. You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks. • We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee. Food: Food is regularly served at our workshops and events. You are required to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 7 days prior to the event. Ideally at the time of booking.
